Comparison And Suggestion About The Rural's Social Endowment Insurance System In China's Economically Developed Areas

The social endowment insurance system is an important approach to solve the pension issues in China's rural areas. Since the late 1990s', the rural endowment insurance in most of the country, which is guided by socalled the"basic program", has reached an stagenation in its developing process. Meanwhile, based on its social and economic situation, some places in the economically developed areas has explored new approach to improve the social endowment insurance system. And thus , they formed various of models of social endowment insuranceThis thesis choose the rural social endowment insurance in Qingdao, Zhongshan and Suzhou as the typical models. By comparing and analysing their contents and features, the author drew the conclusion : underlied a variety of models, there is an unique trend of choosing suitable model of rural endowment insurance for China's economically developed areas. Combined with the insparation given by the rural endowment insurance system in Germany and Japan, a rural endowment insurance system with mutiple levels should be the right choice for China's economically developed areas.
