Inner Mongolia Regional Economy Difference And It's Countermeasures

Inner Mongolia has bread area, long and narrow land, and also there is regional economy difference in various places, which became larger since the reform and open. The main cities of the east part of Inner Mongolia almost in a line, have not formed a pattern of"area-network", and can't benefit from the radiation effect. The middle section has higher urbanization level,closer contact between cities,more integrate city system. The middle section has more capital,technique in advance and more human resource. The capital using efficiency difference between various sections is the important reason of the economy difference, but also one of the factors lead to the capital attraction of middle section. There are two rightabout trends about invested factors and economy growth—on the one hand, there is a hasten effect to each other, on the other hand, economy difference will turn reduction by the free move of factors in a long turn. There is great relationship between the middle section's culture and its rapid economy growth. It is a kind of multi-position culture, which including deploy,innovative spirit and favor for the market and commodity.Appropriate regional economy difference will benefit for the free movement of all factors of production to achieve the optimal allocation. However, too much of the economic difference between regions, will not only limit the further development of the developed areas,it will lead to polarization ultimately, aggravate social contradictions and social stability. So we must take regional strategies help to narrow the economic gap.First of all, it depends on the government to provide financial and policy support to the tribal areas. Secondly, they must focus on building and strengthening the competitive ability of region. The creation of regional core competition depend on their own development strategies based on local conditions. The superiority of resources through regional integration to create specialty industries, and take a multipolar city development strategies. And the regional proliferation is mainly due to improving the market mechanism and the strengthening of regional cooperation to promote regional elements of the free circulation.The aim of all the measures is control the economy difference in a temperate and efficiency range, realize the best arrangement of economic resource and a fine economy development of the whole region.
