A Study On The Evaluation System For Employees' Training Effectiveness In Convention & Exhibition Enterprise

Conference and exhibition (C&E) economy is also called"eyeball economy". The employees of conference & exhibition enterprise are no doubt the initial power to roll this economic formation. The contradiction of HR deficiency and rapid development in C&E enterprises has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, to establish a full set of HR training system and to fasten the progress of training high quality HR for C&E enterprises are the main problem the C&E enterprises are facing. Employees'training is given more attention than ever before. The training number and investment are increasing, but how about the training effectiveness, the problem has been neglected by the enterprises all the time.In term of the special characteristics of C&E enterprises, this dissertation makes an approach to setting up a training effectiveness evaluation system for C&E enterprises by using modern training evaluation theories, and places emphasis on studing the index system and evaluation method for training effectiveness evaluation with an aim to come up with an effective solution for training effectiveness evaluation of C&E enterprises. Firstly, the dissertation expounds the current situation of C&E enterprises and the process flow of evaluation; Secondly, sets up an evaluation index system based on Donald Kirkpatrick's evaluation model; Then, in the light of different levels, selects relevant method to evaluate and uses level analyze to make a comprehensive evaluation of the training project; At last, with the index system and evaluating method, this dissertation analyzes the case of conference and exhibition plan training to confirm the effectiveness and applicability of the evaluating system for employees in C&E enterprises. The evaluating work on training effectiveness can benefit from the research result of this dissertation.
