With the coming of knowledge economy, information and knowledge becomes the impetus ofmost enterprises, while the training usually becomes the important path that can bring forwardinformation, knowledge and the related skills, which becomes the strategy need of theenterprise's development. Regarding the staff training as one kind of investment, enterprisesincreasingly concerned about the economic value of the staff training, enterprises would likeand need to carry out the training effectiveness evaluation. Under the new developingsituation of the 0ilfield,how to boost the efficiency of training work,achieve the prospectivepurpose,promote the level of training management work,it's especially important to evaluatethe work of training. The most core question of the training effectiveness evaluation isevaluation index, so we need construct a set of scientific and rational, comprehensive andorderly staff training effectiveness evaluation index system of Oilfield enterprise, and proposethe collection and the quantification method of index data, which is the key to furtherconsummate the staff training effectiveness evaluation of Oilfield enterprise.At present, the domestic and foreign experts and scholars have made the substantialprogress in the research of general training effectiveness evaluation model, but did not havesystemic theory in the construction of training effectiveness evaluation index system. And thepast only evaluated the training effectiveness from the universal significance, has notconducted the research in view of Oilfield enterprise's characteristic. Therefore this paperused literature, research, system approach and integration of qualitative and quantitativemethods to study the index system of staff training effectiveness evaluation of Oilfieldenterprises.The paper first described the domestic and foreign research results on the staff trainingeffectiveness evaluation, and analyzed the development trend of the staff trainingeffectiveness evaluation, and then through the investigation, introduced the present situation of ShengLi Oilfield staff training, particularly the condition of effectiveness evaluation, andfocused on the reason of the lack of effectiveness evaluation, then based on the presenttraining effectiveness evaluation index system, with the characteristics of Oilfield enterprisestraining, the paper innovative constructed a set of training effectiveness evaluation indexsystem which for Oilfield enterprises, and proposed the collection and the quantificationmethod of index data, Finally according to the research results, the paper drew the researchconclusion.
