This paper is to analyze the present situation to the present practice teaching system for hotel management and discover question which possibly exists; in this foundation, to explore the general law of the hotel management practice teaching system, and to the original teaching system.The paper has mainly used research methods such as law of documents and materials, investigation method of questionnaire, interview, and reasoning from logic and statistics analysis. The process of study involves four objects, the market demand towards hotel administrative personnel and the present situation of the hotel management practice teaching system. By contrast analysis on the results of investigation, this paper evaluates the efficiency of present practice teaching system c for hotel administrative personnel.The market demands on personal qualities and abilities of hotel administrative personnel, determine the general law of practice teaching system, that is, the cultivation should aim to enhance the student qualities and abilities by the law and discipline of it , to strengthen the sense of responsibility ,synthesis quality , communication aspect , management skill and so on . At present our country hotel management practice educational system, on the one hand, has trained the massive services personnel ,but could not meet the hotel demand administrative personnel's needs; On the other hand, this pattern raise hotel administrative personnel overall quality and the management skill are not high and has the very big disparity with the hotel enterprise's actual need. Overall, hotel management practice educational model in our country and the hotel industry market demand is uncoordinated, needs further adjustment. This paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization on the present practice teaching system, on basis of which, reaches the conclusions for integrated optimization. It involves the following aspects: Firstly, adjust the teaching object of hotel administrative personnel , according to the hotel industry request and the country educational policy, and unifies the teaching characteristic of the colleges and universities to construct ,Also must promptly act according to appraised the system feedback the information carries on the renewal ,unceasingly adapts to circumstances or environment demand.. Secondly, to strengthen the control quality of the manages system, according to the feedback of the appraised. Thirdly, to perfect and the coordinated the content system, guaranteed each concrete link coordinate the coordination. The fourth , strengthens inside and outside of the appraisal system by the information collection and the feedback function, and unceasingly urges the target complex the renewal and the consummation.In a word, the practice teaching system for hotel administrative personnel in our country should aim at cultivating high-level"skilled management talents", to improve the integrated quality of hotel administrative personnel, through strengthens management link and surveillance.
