Variety is one of the basic characters in the domain of software development and business. Current information system faces challenges resulted from different changes of both business environment and information system technology. Reconstruction information systems are needed for supporting enterprises to respond those changes quickly and effectively.The traditional development of application system always starts from beginning and repeated work occurs in each application system, which goes against the reconstruction of information system. The theory of Domain Engineering proposes a new way to change this development mode. When the productions of Domain Engineering are applied to supervise the application engineering, it supports for every layers of system.This dissertation applies the theory of Domain Engineering to the design and implementation of reconstructed Human Resource Management System (Human Resource Management System, HRMS), and puts forward a HRMS development model based on Domain Engineering, which effectively supports the development of HRMS. The HRMS based on Domain Engineering sets up basic functions and necessary groundwork for a set of Human Resource Systems which have similar requirements, and supports for system reconstruction by creating reconstructed software components. In order to adapt changing business requirement to the changing environment, it is of most important in application to provide a new thought and method for developing a universal, reconstructed, transplantable information system for enterprises.This dissertation gives a summary of some relative theories firstly, and analyzes some technical problems existed in current HRMS. After analyzing traditional development methods of HRMS, a new development process model for HMBS based on Domain Engineering is put forward. With the guidance of this development process model, this dissertation using the techniques of business components as UML and COM develops a reconstructed HRMS after the three procedures of domain analyzing, domain designing and domain implementation, which realizes the reconstruction of domain framework and domain components. Then this system is applied in ERP. In the section of system implementation, the dissertation uses a case to study on the transaction flow and data of Human Resource for TaiGeLai Paper Enterprise in Hunan province, and puts forward the reconstruction cases and solutions, which demonstrates the reconfigurability and flexibility for business requirement of the HRMS.
