A Study Of Human Resource And Organization Management In The Large And Complex Communication Engineering Projects In Anhui Mobile

Implementation of the project need to invest in various resources, including human resources is the most basic, the most important resources, but also affect the smooth implementation of project objectives the key factor. This article is to explore communication in large and complex project implementation process, how human resources and organizational management, mobilize the enthusiasm, give full play to their abilities. Meanwhile, the current large and complex communications project management include:general contracting management, project headquarters management, self management self-construction unit, the article compares the relationship and distinction among them and shows the project management in the future.With large number of documents consulted, the paper is conducted under the guidance of theories such as project's human resources and organizational management, self-management, participatory management, communication management and conflict management. Combined with the study status quo of human resource and organizational management in large and complex communication engineering projects at home and abroad, the A-phase project of Anhui Mobile GSM is selected as a case to analyze, so as to show the applicability of commonly-used project organizational structure in large and complex communication engineering projects as well as how to flatten the organizational structure of project; and to summarize personnel selection methods and training methods of project of this kind.In addition, in the paper, experiences of team building, communication, management and conflict management in large and complex communication engineering project are concluded, to make up research blank of human resources and organizational management in large and complex communication engineering projects; and to provide suggestions of reference value to the implementation of the future similar projects.
