Research On The Effect Evaluation Of Informationization Manufacturing Technology And Development Policy About Manufacture Enterprises

In recent years, the application of informationization manufacturing technology has provided the safeguard to our manufacturing enterprises which aim to the fast development.Informationization manufacturing technology (IMT, Informationization Manufacturing Technology) is the advanced technique of manufacture, which transforms the traditional industry with the information, which realizes informationization to impetu industrialization. On the foundation of tradition manufacturing technology, through unceasingly absorbing new achievements about electron, information, modern management technical and so on, that forms advanced technique of manufacture appling a kind of synthesis in the product development, the design, the manufacture, the examination, the management process. IMT realizes product high quality and production process highly effective, the low energy consumption, sanitary and the flexibility as the goal, therefore, thought as the leading production technology widely in the 21st century.We should bulid the index system of implementation effect bassed on IMT and give some development policy accordingly, for many manufactures enterprises, to apply IMT effectively and develop their competitive abilities.This article begins from the concept and characters of IMT, spells out principles of establishing evaluation index system for IMT, clears basic evaluation indexes through analyzing typical manufacture enterprises, establishes upper indexes through the method of principal component analysis, finally builds evaluation index system of IMT,and establishes compositive model of project bassed on IMT.Simultaneously, in order to apply better for general manufacture enterprises, the author takes development policy which applys IMT, according to analysis on the index system of informationization manufacturing technology implementation effect, as well as the current manufacture enterprise's characters and questions, in order to discovered promptly the facts which need to pay attention to and to improve for enterprise, ultimately enhances the success ratio of appling IMT. Finally the article researches some enterprise through the index system and analytic hierarchy process, the result confirms the theory and the model accuracy in the article, and achieved the design effect anticipated.
