Study On Intensive Land Use Evaluation And Optimization Of Liuzhou City

Intensive land use evaluation is an important part of intensive land use system, which plays an important role in urban land use. Intensive land use optimization is the concrete application of intensive land use achievements, it fully exploits intensive land use potential and shows clearly direction for intensive urban land use. Taking liuzhou city as an example,this paper evaluates intensive urban land use and make a close combination of intensive land use,land optimal allocation of liuzhou city and urban spatial expansion, to seek global optimization of land spatial distribution and quantitative structure.Firstly, this paper appraises and analyzes land consolidation using condition in Liuzhou urban district, it selectes 18 targets from five aspects which including land use structure and distribution,land use degree,land revenue degree,land use benefit and the land intensive use trend, and it obtaines that the land utilization of Liuzhou city is basically intensive. Based on above , it calculates and analyzes the intensive land use potential, then analyzes and diagnoses the obstacle factors of intensive use.Secondly, on the base of intensive urban land use potential evaluation, it analyzes the direction of intensive urban land use and implementation of land intensive efficient use through land optimal allocation and urban spatial layout. On land optimal allocation, it obtains the land use structure of Liuzhou city in 2020 by fusioning the results of intensive urban land use as constraint condition, and combining linear programming model with multi-objective decision-making theory and using multi objective linear programming model. For land spatial layout, it analyses the process of urban land propagation in Liuzhou city. In order to seek the best spatial layout model for urban spatial development——Intensive gap landscape spatial development, it analyzes the coordination between urban expansion and land intensive use from exterior restraint of urban expansion,tapping internal potentialities and peripheral spatial guidance.Finally, on the base of intensive land use potential evaluation and the application foundation, in view of the land consolidation use existence questions of Liuzhou, it proposes the strategies for land saved and intensive use from five aspects including the marketization, the industrial structure adjustment, the urban land replacement, the land management model transformation and the land-use planning strengthening.
