| DT-SOFT developed and offered it' s first office automation software in 1993. And now 'DT-SOFT' brand has become a widely recognized software brand name in Chinese official Software Industry built upon its success in the software products.Now, there has a problem most software companies have to face, "how to build the core-competencies of a software company?" .This paper explores the effective ways to build the core-competencies of a software company through a case study on an official software company, the DT-SOFT.The case study has two major parts. One of them describes the development of the DT software company, as well as the progress of the building of its core-competencies. The other part analyzes the development process and the Core-competencies of DT software company.Based upon the case study of DT Software Company, there comes our conclusion about the path for all the official software companies in China to build up their core-competencies successfully. |
