Research On The Industrial Structure Of Gansu Minority Region

The reasonable industrial structure can promote effective disposition of resources and the economical growth. The structure effect is an important impact factor of economic growth and its function is more and more important in the modern economy development. Therefore, it's a key to the scientific analysis and the reasonable adjustment of industrial structure for Gansu multi-national area economical development.Under inspiration of many research results, this article based on the section data of 2005 ,by combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods together ,analyzes the present condition of industrial structure in Gansu multi-national area through utilizing the analytical method of location quotient, city classification as well as principal components; analyzes The varying trend of Gansu industrial structure since 1952 by using shift-share method; measures and selects advantageous industry of industrial structure in national region; finally puts forward some feasible suggestions for industrial structure adjusting and advantageous industry developing in national region.The textual conclusion is: since the era of reform and opening-up, national region at the correct leading of the all levels government and the joint effort of each ethnic groups, the economy obtained great development, the industrial structure got certain adjustment with excellent turn, gradually transfer to 3, 2 and 1 industrial structures from 1, 2 and 3 traditional industrial structures.The industrial structure of national region comes to a the standard on the amount, but the quality exist a lot of problems: the speed of industrial structure adjusting is slow which far behind with whole country and Han region in same period; some problems exists within each section, the agriculture specific weight descend slowly, the industry develop backward, the third tradition industry exceeds fast ;the traditional industry section obstructs the development of new industry, the heavy industry always occupies the predominant position, and the industry in the national region lacking scale and benefit, management confusing; Gansu national region should actively carry on the adjustment of industrial structure at the time of strongly developing advantageous industry section, in order to promote the healthy and fast development of national economy.The article divided into six parts: the first part is an introduction, raising the problem, through the definition of the national region in Gansu, and the documentary overview of industrial structure, putting forward textual research angle, meaning and method. The second part is a textual theories frame, describing the related theories of the industrial structure, and find out the model and foundation of the three greatest theories for the research. The third part is the analysis of present condition of the industrial structure in national region, making use of section data of 2005 to find out the current problems within the industrial structure of the national region. The forth part in is the developing trend of the industrial structure in national region, through analyzing the industrial structure in national region from the year 1950 to 2005, interpreting the problem of industrial structure in the national region. The fifth part combining the rational judgment standard of the industrial structure, mediates rationality of he industrial structure of Gansu national region, and find out the advantageous industry section of the national region, as to estimate its developing trend. The sixth part puts forward some feasible countermeasure for optimizing the industrial structure of Gansu national region.
