It is certainly valuable to Zhonghang Inst for reference.Zhonghang Inst have created five first in history of industry calibration, can be said one of the first company which inter this trade. Later a lot of companys was crowded into, and compete to aggravate , Zhonghang Inst do not well in encouraging, so some person are run off , and the product's renewal is influence, few of products have nucleus competition power. Therefore the step that company develops becomes slow.Analysing by SWOT , the most pressing matter in my company is that we must strengthen the RγD at this moment. Only the company has been possessing the nucleus technology, probably produces the nucleus product, and gains the superprofit for the company. Owing to the fact that the science and technology is developed increasingly, the technology's life trend to shorten. If the company want to gain constantly the nucleus technology ability, must attach importance to the RγD ability of the company, and enlarges the input, and carries on the technology innovation.And the technology innovation is accomplished by the outstanding person. Zhonghang Inst must invite suitable person to break this kind of aspect of slow development. The RγD person, as the main factor in technology innovation, are the staffs of knowledge mould, they have stronger work autonomy, the requirement individualization and pluralityization, the wish flowing is strong. Therefore it is still not allowed only to employ the suitable person, must have effective excitation measure and good company civilization, so that they can stay. Only like this our company may possess the nucleus compete power.
