Research On Performance Management System Of Hainan Telecom Industry Group

This thesis takes Hainan telecom industry group as researched target. Basing on the theory of the performance management,through the inspection of the company,This thesis analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of the company.Submit the new system to adapt the features and the development of the corporation.The system including the level of the various operating subsidiaries, the headquarters of all functional departments and departmental staffs.Finally, The thesis gives some advices about how to put it in practice.This performance management system is not only integrating the employee evaluation,department evaluation and enterprise evaluation,but also using different evaluation methods to different evaluated objects,and using many kinds of analyzing ways to decide the percentage of the evaluation index according to the priority of evaluation index and the quantity of the index.It will makes remarkable progress to the company's performance management system and must be useful to realizing the company's strategic target.
