| The employment of rural surplus labor force should be as one of core contents of"farmers, agriculture and rural areas". How to improve human capital of rural surplus labor force through training besides education? How to help them be employed? Both problems have been concerned with a close attention. But training efficiency of rural surplus labor is so low that it has a negative effect on the employment. Therefore, it makes a great sense to analyze the training efficiency.The thesis analyzes three game models which are relate to training efficiency of rural surplus labor force through the three critical factors of efficiency - the level of education of farmers, subsidiary of training, time of training. At the same time, it deduces a prerequisite for participation in training and the optimal solution of training tripartite balance of interests. Moreover, it analyses how these three factors influence the efficiency based on the data of Hunan Province and empirical research on the training efficiency combined with constructing the model of income gap. Then it concludes that the different educational levels result in different training efficiency; training subsidiary is one of critical elements of whether farmers will participant in training; training time is the accordance of evaluating the outcome of training. Except the model of income gap, it gets the conclusions about the relationship of other important institutional factors such as types of training and the efficiency of training through analyzing others models.Based on the above analysis, it argues that improving the training efficiency and employment rely on the duty classification among government, training institutions and the labor force. Meanwhile, it depends on the market mechanism to enlarge the source of funds and several attempts on training quality, diversification of training types and after-training services. |
