Animation Industry is a whole new industry in 21st century, which is a very beginning industry with wide consumer groups, large market requirements and long life cycle. Now, it is one of the most important industries supported and developed by China Government in the 11th 5 year plan. Animation industry is appointed as the leading industry to improve our country's soft strength and economic development.But there are many problems exist in Chinese Animation Industry. The main problems include the lacking of original creation and professional talents, the facing of development bottle-neck and the breaking of industry chain.The thesis is focusing on Chinese Animation Industry including problems studying, theory analyzing and problems solving. There are seven characters in this thesis.The preface is the first part of the thesis. It's the discussion of the significance of the studying, the background of the studying, the literature researched and the studying methodology.Chapter 1 is the history of Chinese Animation Industry. It introduces the basic concept of Animation Industry, the history of Chinese Animation Industry, the latest status of Chinese Animation Industry.Chapter 2 analyzes the competition environment of Chinese Animation Industry. It draws up various factors of internal advantage or disadvantage, opportunities and threats in order of matrix by SWOT theory to arrive at a series of conclusion concerned.Chapter 3 illustrates and analyzes in depth the main problems of Chinese Animation Industry, as the content of animation pieces, exhibitions, industry chain, animation base, government management and professional talents, etc.There are some introductions of developed countries' experiences on Animation Industry improvement in Chapter 4. This part detailed disclose the business model and development strategy in US, Japan and Korea, who are the strongest animation country.Chapter 5 is the problem solving part of the thesis. The author's opinion is that we should encourage the original creation of animation products, enlarge the audience group, enhance the realities of product style and content, build our own animation brand, develop some new, creative and professional talents, develop marketing driven industry chain with Chinese style, and find more global cooperation channels and new methods.The last part of the thesis concludes all the aspects mentioned in the last 6 part and leads a new studying direction for the following students.
