Informationized Human Resource Management (HRM) has developed relatively rapidly in the professional field of HRM in recent years. The rapid development of informationized technology and its wide application in the field of management, has not only enriched and developed the former content and technology of HRM, but also has been greatly influencing and changing the concept of HRM.Sichuan Telecom Industry Group enables HRM of enterprise modernized, scientific, standardized, profitable, realizes whole advance of modern enterprise. Moreover, it takes the lead in having reform and research in traditional HRM model, through almost two years exploration and summarization, HRM informationized theory and technology of enterprises has rapidly developed and improved. In the course of it, we owe the joy of success, but gain experience and lesson as well.The main research content and result of the thesis is as follow:The first chapter Introduction is based on the study background of the thesis, analyzes the significance of HRM informationization building of enterprises, meanwhile, illustrates its purpose, mentality of study and main way of research.In the second chapter I make a summary on E-HR system and its related concepts, features of the system as well as the evolution of HRM informationization. I focus on illustration of application theory of HRM information system and considered factors when choosing E-HR system. At last, I post research thinking on the universal problems during the process of HR Informationized Management.In the third chapter I set Sichuan Telecom Industry Group as an example, has an analysis on the HR situation before the implement of HR Informationized Management, and the effect of the implement as well as every functional models of HR Informationized System in Sichuan Telecom Industry Group.The fourth chapter focuses on the main result of questionnaire investigation, software, layout and orientation, management system, communication. And also covers summary on problems in the implement of HR Informationized Management in Sichuan Telecom Industry Group.The fifth chapter I make proposals on the problems occuring in the implement of HR Informationized Management in Sichuan Telecom Industry Group.The last chapter is tag, summarizing main viewpoints and posting advanced researching direction.The thesis will play a role of using for reference for similar enterprises in their process of HRM Informationizaiton, as the same time, will help improve efficiency and level of HRM, push the benefit of enterprises, and enhance core competitiveness of enterprises.
