Chongqing, one of the earlier cities which introduce agent-construction system management into nonprofit project, accumulating abundant experiences from considerable practice of constructing large projects, is a valuable reference. Among those large projects, Chongqing Olympic Center is the representation entirely adopting agent-construction system. As one of the managers of Chongqing City Construction Development Limited Company which implemented agent-construction management in the project, the author participated in the project every inch. By solving the cases happened in the process of management, the author summarized numerous information and precious on-site experience which generates the trinity management of agent-construction system & investment-management- construction (PMA-IBM for short) . This management mode is in the period of transition and improvement and it accommodates to Chongqing region or can be popularized. This mode is the author's opinion on how to perfect agent-construction system.This paper firstly states the creation and development of project agent-construction system and compares it with traditional management mode. Then it discusses corporation management and project management in agent-construction system, presents the status of the system in the process of Chongqing Olympic Center and generates the trinity management of agent-construction system &investment-management-construction (PMA-IBM for short ), upon which it analyses the system with combination of real situation. Finally it gives outlook for how to improve the ability on managing the government investment project. |
