The Evaluation And Study On The Competitiveness Of New & High-Tech Industry Of Zhejiang Province

With the coming of knowledge economy, the development of the New & High-tech has been the leading power of economy development causing by improvement of technology, and the level of New & High-tech industry competitiveness has increasingly been the leading factor that influence the economy of country or region, developing the New & High-tech industry has been the main rhythm of the world economy development. As more and more international economic competition that China takes part in, many domestic regions are speeding up the development of local New & High-tech industry and having made progress.Zhejiang Province is one of the most developed region in economy of China, has a well foundation of economic development and manpower resource, can easily be one of the leading region of developing the New & High-tech industry in China. Therefore, how to improve the New & High-tech industry competitiveness of Zhejiang province that pushing the development of New & High-tech industry faster and more effectively, is an important strategic issue that Zhejiang Province face on the new period of economy development.This paper starts with the relative conception of New & High-tech industrial competitiveness, discusses the meaning and character of the New & High-tech and New & High-tech industry , the meaning and related theory of New & High-tech industry competitiveness; then builds evaluating index system of New & High-tech industry competitiveness based on the relative theory; According to the index system, analyses the New & High-tech industry competitiveness and potential competitiveness of Zhejiang province through the factor analytical method, gets its position of all the provinces in China. As the results, Zhejiang province has a leading position in China of New & High-tech industry competitiveness, but still in a bad situation in industry competitiveness in developed Changjiang triangle district; finally, table a proposal of improving Zhejiang province New & High-tech industry based on the results after analysis.
