The key point of the paper is solving the problem- how to design the workshop logistics system to suffice the demand of flexiable manufacturing. In nowadays, the only product of Assemble Shop Car Plant III Shanghai Volkswagen is Passat Lingyu, but in few months, there will be a brand new type of product produced, what the problem we faced is how we can transfer and put thousands of parts of 2 types of product? Based on the demand of manufacturing, using the logistics relation map, I design the workshop logistics system which aim is shorten the operation time and reduce the workload.Started with the concept of logistics of enterprise, integrating with the researching actuality of the world, I realized the importance of theresearching:Reduce the workload;Shorten the produce periods, quicken the finance turnover;Reduce the cost;Increase the quality of production;Accelerate the updating of technic;Produce safely.I introduced the manufactue system, productions, working methods and the condition of workshop logistics of Assemble Shop Car Plant III, and then we explained the aim of design. According to the analysis of new technics and the condition of workshop logistics, I confirmed the key point of paper is solving the problem- how to design the workshop logistics system to suffice the demand of flexiable manufacturing in the limited field.After analysed the new technics and the old technics by the antitheses, I decided to choose the sector 1 as the model. According to the different logistics condition of different positons, by the method of logistics relation map, I finally design the logistics system of sector 1. In the end of the paper is the conclusion and expectation.
