The1980s, the network of organization had displaced the hierarchical organization showing a strong vitality. The members of the network collaborated, shared resources, relatively complemented and tried to achieve scale economy and scope economy to improve efficiency and profit. Many scholars concentrated on explaining the efficient and stability of this network on the basis of contractual mechanism. But the contractual mechanism is not enough and complete to make sure the organizational network runs well and non-contractual mechanism is still indispensable. This research tends to break through the existing research framework and try to investigate the relationship between the efficiency of network and culture integration, which is also a positive attempt to reveal the non-contractual mechanism's effect on organizational network.The essay gives a brief introduction about his research background, purpose, contents and the research approach firstly and also sums up the research and practical findings before. Then after reviewing the developing history and theories about organizational culture, we deducted on the logistic relationship between culture integration and the efficiency of the network, including whether they are interactive, how to promote or inhibit each other, what effects the culture integrate has, are they positive or negative, remarkable or negligible, etc, and proposed three hypotheses. The research uses the SEM technique and the statistical software: LISREL to estimate the model and comes to the conclusion that: (1) there's no commutative causality between culture integration and stable cooperation of network, but the culture integration promotes mutual trust and then make sure the collaboration steady-going; (2) the stable cooperation doesn't boost mutual trust obviously; (3) culture integration and mutual trust are positively interactive; (4) culture integration promotes mutual trust and then raises efficiency of the organizational network and the indirect effects on bringing down the transaction cost and enhancing the innovation and study abilities are bigger than that on achieving the scope economic; (5) culture integration promotes mutual trust, then acts on the stable collaboration and then achieves the scope economic. At the end of the essay, we draw some management inspiration from the empirical research and also list all problems which need the father researching.
