| The Innovation Support System is used to support technology, thought and management innovation. The first two parts have been developed successfully. This paper mainly studies management innovation. Combined with knowledge management, it brings forward a kind of solution about management innovation. It abstracts tens of management innovation principles, and builds a parameter system which is used to describe management innovation problems, and then builds a theory model which is used to solve management innovation problems. Based on the former theory model, Management Innovation Supporting System which can successfully support management innovation activities is developed. This software is based on ASP.NET technology and SQL Server Database technology, and it proves to run well. |
