Research On The Supporting System Of Enterprise's Product Innovation Based On Knowledge Management

In the era of knowledge economy, product innovation has become an important source of fostering enterprise's key competitiveness and obtaining the competitive advantage. New product development is the process of the creative thinking that uses the knowledge and experience flexibly. In the study on enterprise's product innovation, the function of knowledge causes more and more attentions of scholars, some scholars even think that the essence of technological innovation is the formulation process of new knowledge and the transformation from knowledge to the artifact or the service. The situation of enterprise's product innovation in our country is not very optimistic as a whole. Therefore, under the condition of knowledge economy, it has great important realistic meanings to explore how to improve product innovation ability of enterprises in our country effectively.On the foundation of analyzing operation mechanism of enterprise's product innovation deeply and accurately, this thesis explored the interactive mode between enterprise knowledge management and enterprise product innovation, then set up the supporting system of enterprise product innovation based on knowledge management, and provided an appraise to the performance of the supporting system of enterprise product innovation, which offered the reference to improve product innovation ability and seek for continuous development of the enterprises in our country.This thesis can be divided into several parts mainly: at first, carried on the survey of domestic and foreign research results about knowledge management and product innovation, and explained the core theories of knowledge management and product innovation. Secondly, put forward some basic theories on knowledge management, product innovation and performance appraisal, probed into the essence of enterprise's product innovation and knowledge process under the condition of knowledge economy, and provided the dynamic model of product innovation based on knowledge management, These studies have shown that some specific knowledge of enterprise is implicit in the whole course of product innovation, and it is exactly the existence of the knowledge that promotes the realization of the whole innovative course. Then, it is analyzed that the meaning and design object of the supporting system of enterprise product innovation, the supporting system of enterprise's product innovation based on knowledge management was structured, which is mainly constituted of such six subsystems as knowledge acquisition platform, knowledge sharing system, knowledge innovation system, knowledge application system and knowledge appraise system, etc.. Finally, an index system of performance appraise on the supporting system of enterprise's product innovation was structured, and then used the compound DEA model to carry on empirical analysis.This thesis mainly used the research approaches of the organic integration of canonical analysis and empirical analysis, the organic integration of theory and realistic, and the organic integration of grasping the overall situation and attacking the weight-bearing points, has explored the interactive mode of knowledge management and enterprise products innovation, structured the supporting system of enterprise products innovation based on information management, provided a set of appraising method on the performance of the supporting system of enterprise product innovation on the basis of compounding DEA model.
