Study On The Secondary Development And Planning Of Sightseeing And Picking Tourism Of Wolong Villa In Hebei Province

After the development of sightseeing and picking tourism in recent years, it has come into a rapid developing period. Tourist amounts are still increasing. But in this period, there are problems appeared in tourism destination inevitably. For example, tourism products are carce without changes, tourism routes are aging, tourism facilities need improving, and tourism services are low that can not be satisfying tourists. In order to solve the problems, it is urgent to carry out the plan for second time. By using this method, the tourism destination will be glorious. Planning for the second time will be meaningful to exploitation again and sustainable development of sightseeing and picking tourism. So firstly, this paper summarizes the studies on sightseeing and picking tourism in the home and abroad, and puts forward that the theories was not paid attention to and tourism practice was lagging behind theoretical studies, which were not good to tourism development. Secondly, taking Wolong villa of Mancheng County in Hebei Province as an example, sustainable development basic theories of sightseeing and picking tourism destination are studied. Namely, at first, a quantitative index system of sightseeing picking tourism resources is constructed. Using the method of analytic hierarchy process, weights are gained. Then all sightseeing and picking indices about product features, qualities, curative effects, aesthetic features, development suitability, environment qualities, humanity tourism resources and location conditions is evaluated single -factored. After that, synthetic evaluation is made and finally some conclusions are made, for example, the resources here are evaluated as the third rank ones. And on the basis of the score rates of three classes (nature, humanity and location), some conclusions are as follows: it must take advantage of its convenient location and by improving humanity qualities to have a further development. Then by using certain principles and methods, this paper posits tourism target market, tourism theme, tourism image and tourism development target of Wolong villa. And development targets are divided into target in the near future, metaphase target and target in the long-term future. After object recognition, GPS position and drawing the current picture of Wolong villa, it is known that current sightseeing and picking tourism resources include berries, grapes, apples, corns, vegetables and ornamental gardens, including Cotinus coggygria Scop and Echinops sphaerocephalus L. On the basis of current situation and development targets, planning was made from three aspects. Contents of target in the near future include the planning of essential picking gardens, ornament gardens, roads and ecological rest rooms. Contents of metaphase target include the planning of outward bound training base, nameplate of rain collection system, exhibition room of rocket eliminating lightning, Wolong Buddhist temple, goldfish pool and fish watching corridor, store, sightseeing pavilion. Contents of target in the long-term future include the planning of parking lot and other facilities. Then tourism planning picture is drawn. According to the seasonal characteristics of Wolong villa, sightseeing and picking tourism routes of spring, summer and autumn are planned and route pictures are drawn respectively. Finally, using landscape indices in the aspect of patches level and landscape level as quantity indices, it evaluated planned effect. Some conclusions are put forward that though landscape fragmentation indices are increased after planning, centralizing degree of landscape type is strengthened. Diversity index, Dominance index and Richness index are also increased, so esthetic qualities are improved, tourism facilities are more perfect, and sightseeing periods are longer. This evaluation method has certain feasibility and reference value in the screening of planned scheme.
