With the economic globalization, science&technology fast developed and knowledge-based economy being prosperous, the companies are faced with increasingly turbulent environment. Its success no longer depends on the traditional competitive factors. More and more enterprises will be competitive positioning in its excellent human resources that cannot be copied. Meanwhile, for the employees, under the combined effect of increasing market demand and weakening their traditional, employees will be more loyal to their career development, will pay more attention to their own personal development, so loyalty to the organization is relatively low. For enterprises, an unstable workforce will bring a lot of adverse effects to the enterprise’s survival and development. Therefore, proving their organizational embeddedness level, attracting and keeping these workers in the organization and constantly inspiring their working enthusiasm and initiative by means of scientific and effective management is one powerful way to stabilize the workforce and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Through effective management constantly stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative, prompting them to complete their work, show more autonomous role of the organization in favor of foreign acts, will help to improve the overall performance level of the organization.Cognitive largely influenced by social culture. Explore the psychology and behavior of employees in the context of Chinese culture cannot ignore the impact of culture. Many cross-cultural studies found that Chinese and Western people who have different characteristics. Considering traditional values, Employees also have different attitudes and behavioral, even though they face the same situation. Therefore, the introduction of employees traditional values, contribute to a Better interpretation of the influence of objective organization embeddness and affective commitment.Organizational citizenship behavior has been a hot topic in the field of human resources management since it was proposed. Organization embeddness theory also attracted wide attention from scholars. In other countries, many scholars have studied the Organization citizenship behavior theory, the organizational embeddness, and the relationship between them. However, empirical research in the Chinese cultural context is quite deficient. Most studies have focused on domestic predict the effectiveness of employee turnover. Also, most study did not consider China cultural background and the impact of Chinese traditional values to the attitude and behavior of staff. Based on the above considerations, the paper will study the relationship between objective organization embeddness, affective commitment and objective organizational citizenship behavior. While, traditionality as a moderator of organization embeddness and affective commitment. The purpose of the paper is to arouse the importance of organization embeddness and to provide appropriate management recommendations.
