The Analysis Of Default Risk In Supply Chain And The Study Of Prevention Mechanisms Based On Game Theory

Along with the proceeding of Economic Globalization, market competition is becoming more and more intense, the challenge and risk enterprises face for survival and development are more and more. Supply chain strategy appear against this background. Today's market competition represent as the competition between supply chain and supply chain more and more. But a lot of problem rise along with the popularization of supply chain management, especially in the course of economy style changing. The default risk in supply chain becomes more and more because of the lack of society credit. The default risk in supply chain affects not only the enterprise itself but also the other enterprise in the supply chain, also the well-balanced operation and the competition ability of the supply chain as a whole. This paper will, from the angle of the Game theory, giving manufacturing as a example, analyze the decision-making of supplier and demander as two kind of benefit main body, and study rule of the problem of the default risk in supply chain and measure of preventing the risk.This paper is divided into six parts. Chapter 1 is the part of introduction in which we will introduce simply the research background, the importance, some related papers and results about the project, the train of thought and the contents of the project. In chapter 2, we introduce simply supply chain and supply chain management, discuss more the concept of default risk in supply chain and how it form, particularly the partition of the type of default risk in supply chain. Chapter 3 review the outline of game theory and its development history, and expatiate the connection between game theory and supply chain and the application of game theory in supply chain management. Chapter 4 and 5 set up game model to analyze the problem of default risk in supply chain. Chapter 4, we will set up game model based on product quality and supervision model, analyze the default risk coming from supplier and give measure to prevent the risk. Chapter 5, we will analyze the relation of an account sale between manufacturer and seller through game theory models, and study the incentive mechanism through the report model. The part of conclusion, we put forward the proper suggestions and measures about the problem on the foundation of foregoing analysis.
