The quantity of water available for agriculture is about 75% of the total, but the water utilizing quotiety is only 0.45.The resource of water has been wasted seriously, while the potential of saving water is very considerable. Now there is a most efficient way of saving water is adjustment of water price.In this article, the valuable viewpoint about the research of the international water price are expressed, including some exprences obtained form the implement of price adjustment of water available for agriculture ,specially about the research on the value of the resources of water available for agriculture, on the cost of water supply, on the external cost, on the value and cost composing of all above . Also an analysis of the issues in current agricultural water price implement has been carry through to find the cause In this article, the theoretic price of the water available for agriculture of our country is bring forward , as well as the conditions and approaches of implement of the theoretic price. This will help to solve the problem of water available for agriculture on the price ,the low efficiency .A case study about the analysis of the agricultural water price management of Linxiang city of Huan province is put forward, some existing issues and corresponding countermeasures are discussed.
