The Evaluation Of New-High Technology Industry Security And Its Maintenance Countermeasures

China' s joining World Trade Organization, has brought huge opportunity at the same time for China' s industry. However the stern challenge also has been brought. Along with the WTO "the transition-period" ends, China' s industry security also changes sternly day by day. However, along with the expansion of investment liberalization scope and the adjustment of corporation' s management way and the management strategy, as well as trade thorough liberalization, promotion action is produced to the industry development and also disadvantageous influence exists to the industry security. At the same time, the industry policy and the industry structure still have to develop further. The industry especially the new-high technology industry, its international captivity ability has not enhanced to safeguards our country industry security. The strategic, weakness and the high-danger characters decide that the new-high technology security is very important. Therefore, the industry security especially the new-high technology industry security needs to be paid more and more attention.This paper takes new-high technology industry as the object of research. Based on the importance of the new-high technology industry and its security, the problems and the reasons of the new-high technology industry development process were analyzed with taking the present situation of the new-high technology industry development in consideration. The concept of the new-high technology industry security was defined with industry security theory referenced. The index system of appraising of security about new-high technology industry and the appraising element model were established by using extension project method. Through the evidence analysis, the state of new-high technology industry security was understood by considering the influence degree the appraising index takes to new-high technology industry security. The countermeasures were proposed to safeguard the security of new-high technology industry with the consideration of the appraising result.
