| Information construction is based on the requirements of industry in a specific period. At the initiate stage of information, industry is mainly focus on the systems which can satisfy the business production processing. With the deepening of social competition, the traditional information system can not meet the informative requirements from internal business management, decision analysis and customer relationship management of industry. Therefore, the construction of information of the industry experienced a transition from production operation system to management decision analysis, and from the service to industry to service to customers, so did the information of Gansu Post. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect and problems in the process of information of Gansu Post company, and to give some useful suggestions.This paper introduced the connotation, characteristics, aims and the building process of the information of Gausu Post company; analyzed the current situation of information and its effect on the transformation of traditional business processing line, expanding new business, decreasing operating cost, standardization of service, and improvement of decision of Post enterprise. The paper also analyzed the problems existed in the business development, information share and standardization, information system development, support and safety and the causes of formation. Based on the discussion, the author proposed some execution principles to the information construction of Gansu Post, and also suggestion some improvement measures from seven aspects, including planning of information construction, development and application of information resources, transformation of business processing line, standardization, system operation management and system safety.This paper provides theoretical and practical guide to the construction of information of Gansu Postal company. It also provides useful information for the information construction of other enterprises. |
