One of the problems that modern group enterprise must encounter is how to enhance their market compitition with industry technology in the process of enterprise management full of increasingly competition. Group corporation has whole plan of scope and integrated operation ability that middle and small ones can't own. In purchase field, group can improve management, depress cost, speed up feedback and enhance market compitition by controlling all branchs' purchase with exerting their group advantage. Up-to-date project Management has been applied to every field with different types and scopes, may be applied to more wide scopes, involved in more fields, and exert greater effect.Pilot production process can also be treated as a project applicatio. The aim of project template is to save the WBS structure, resource's assignment and structure of project object in order to reduce repeated working. The main function of this module is the creating, updating, deleting, querying of project template object and project template's template task.Task management is one of the most principal parts in project definition. Typical task is called standard task. We storage data in Oracle, and realize asynchronism integaration with other systems by Oracle AQ (Advance Queue).By integrated with other trade platform such as Oracle Exchange, we can make users purchase cross platform and share the supply resources.
