Study On Technological Innovation Capability Of Small And Medium High-Tech Enterprises Evaluation

With the economic globalization process, competition between countries is becoming increasingly fierce. Many countries have begun to focus on developing their own competitive advantage, while the core of a national competitive advantage is more reflected in science and technology innovation advantage. So science and technology innovation ability increasingly become the dominant factor in national competition.Since the 21st century, small and medium high-tech enterprises have developed so fast that they contribute a lot to national economy and industry restruction. With the flexible management and frequent technological innovation activities, small and medium high-tech enterprises are leading relevant industries. During this process, small and medium high-tech enterprises also have some problems, which are not good for sustainable development of technological innovation. Therefore, the construction and the evaluation of technological innovation ability for small and medium high-tech enterprises is an essential study. In this paper, based on existing research results, combined with status and characteristics of technological innovation about small and medium high-tech enterprises, use relevant theories and evaluation methods to analyse and study technological innovation abilities of different companies, different industries, and different areas and finally obtain some significant research findings.
