Study On Chinese Enterprise Independent Innovation System

With the rapid growth of economics, all kinds of inconsistent and restricted factors are being accumulated continually. The way that remains economical growth by a large of devotion and consumption needs to be changed urgently, while innovation is the basic and effective way to choose. At present, improving enterprises independent innovation capability has become a key point to adjust economical structure, change the way of growth, and improve competence ability of country and area. Therefore, realizing the essence of independent innovation ability accurately, understanding the effect of enterprise innovation activities by evaluation systems scientifically, guides enterprises to improve their independent innovation constantly. Independent innovation makes the enterprises turn their resources superiority and talent superiority into market competition superiority through independent innovation so as to realize the sustainable development.This paper uses the technology innovation theory, independent innovation theory and enterprise competition theory to analyze the independent innovation status of Chinese enterprises. In this foundation, this paper analyzes the relevance of independent innovation and the core competitive ability and establishes enterprise independent innovation ability system, including enterprise independent innovation research and develop ability, change ability, market ability, manage ability, and analyses the characteristic of the composing elements of enterprise independent ability system. At the same time, this dissertation analyzes the running mechanism of the four elements and constructs evaluation index system and evaluation model, which is used in evaluation of equipment manufacturing industry in HeiLongjiang province, which makes the theory and practice combine closely. In this foundation, from the view of composing elements of enterprise independent ability, the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to improve independent innovation ability.
