Study On The Logistics Capability Of Supply Chain Of Automobile Enterprise

With the rapid development of technological progress, economic globalization and e-commerce, supply chain of automobile enterprises and members' enterprise must face the competition from global market and the challenges that are from shortening delivery date, improving product quality, ameliorating service, meeting the individualized demand and lowering costs. The functions of logistics have already surmounted the traditional storage, transportation function, and expand to the whole field of supply chain of automobile enterprise. The effective logistics can not only help automobile enterprises to expand the market, but can improve customer service and reduce the systematic cost which would become the third profit source. On the basis of logistics management, supply chain can integrate the chain logistics resource and make economic benefits of logistics furthest. Secondly, the appraisal system of logistics capability of supply chain of automobile enterprise is structured which is based on grey system theory. Lastly, it is the existing analysis foundation that comes to carry on the case analysis of logistics capability of supply chain of Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.Based on the characteristics of logistics capability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, it is divided into seven parts which are key logistics element ability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, logistics management ability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, logistics service ability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, logistics innovation ability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, logistics plan ability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, information processing ability of supply chain of automobile enterprises and responding ability of market of supply chain of automobile enterprise. On the foundation of analyzing the composition system of logistics capability of supply chain of automobile enterprise, it is analyzed by grey system theory. And grey appraisal model of logistics capability of supply chain of automobile enterprise has been built. At the same time, as the breakthrough point with this grey appraisal model, logistics capability of supply chain of Beiqi Foton can be researched. And then a series of promotion tactics are proposed.In current society, logistics has already become one of most important competition fields of automobile enterprise. Logistics capability of supply chain becomes strategic ability and key competitive power of an automobile enterprise more and more. Improving logistics capability of supply chain is an important method to promote competitiveness advantage of automobile enterprise. In our country, the logistics of automobile enterprises is demonstrating the vigorous situation. But compared with developed country, whole logistics capability has very great disparity.
