| Logistics activity is the key of the enterprise's operation and contact closely with the customersfor commercial enterprises especially wholesale and retail enterprises, the stand or fall of logistics capability is the key of enterprise's core competitive strength. In the current market environment, commercial enterprises need to improve logistics capability from the whole angle. This article integrated the domestic research results of logistics capability evaluation index, combined with my own understanding, improve the indicators take xinmei wanwei trade co., LTD as a case study, built logistics capability evaluation index under the environment of supply chain in conformity with the characteristics of the business enterprise, the improved grey analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is used to evaluate the logistics capability which is more objective,it can determine the the various indicators's grey class, show the bottleneck of enterprise logistics ability that is in need of improvement more intuitive.
