Probe Into The Organization And Culture Construction Of The People's Bank Of China, Xi'an Branch

With the pace of the economic globalization, great changes have been made on the financial scale, financial structure and financial environment. In order to keep up with it. the functions of the PBC, Xi'an Branch have to be or have been changed. Under these circumstances, the organization and culture of the PBC, Xi'an Branch with the northwestern characteristics has to be probed and constructed for a new inspiration for the transformed functions.Combined with the economic globalization and study of the organization and culture development of the PBC, this paper deals with the following aspects: first, the recent differences of PBC's culture are uncovered, which is an inherent need from the function transformation of the PBC. and then it provides a theory for the development orientation of the organization and culture construction of the PBC, Xi'an Branch in the new era, for the problems of the organization and culture construction of the PBC, Xi'an Branch have been tackled at first; Second, the outline and structure of the organization and culture construction of the PBC, Xi'an Branch have been promoted under the line of the comparative and qualitative analysis; and the last but not the least, under four layers of the spirit, behavior, system and material cultures, it pushes the theory and practice up and then constructs the infrastructure.It is significant because it will contribute to the improvement of the organization, management and adaptation abilities through the probe into the organization and culture construction of the PBC, Xi'an Branch in the new era.
