Study On Problems Of Technology Import Of CG Institute

Science and Technology are the first productivity. Technology Progress is the source of enriching countries. The general level of science and technology in China lags far behind the developed countries, therefore combined with China's practical and actual national conditions, on the basis of taking full digestion and absorption of creatively importing advanced foreign technology, we should accumulate knowledge, skills and experience of staff to lay a solid foundation for the development from China's technology import transition to independent innovation of China's scientific research institutes.According to the theory outlined in the technology import, based on the analysis of import environment and process of the CG institute, this issue makes a comprehensive analysis on the problems of technology import. It is considered that technology import plays a good promoting effect on the technology progress in the state-owned scientific research institute, which is a shortcut in improving research and development technology, realizing the purpose of technology innovation and enhancing the comprehensive national power at the present stage. Because of the restriction on overall planning, digestion and absorption, talent problem, state-owned system and market policy, the technology import cannot be effective. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures.
