Secondly, it adopts the principle of combination of quality and quantity and that of theory and practice, to analyze and assess the market risk factors of the development project of Yihe Jiayuan(second period) undertaken by Poly Corporation with scientific analysis methods and corresponding mathematical ones. Finally, it conducts research of and put forward a solution to the market risks of the project development, hoping for playing a guiding role in the decision of estate projects.
