Dezhou County Agriculture Structure Adjustment Research

Country is a link between city and rural, which has an important place in national economy structure. The report of 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China unprecedented proposed for the first time that, " Strength county economy", this is "the county economy" the concept interpolates the party for the first time the literature, after that in the government service report and in the "Eleven five" plan all explicitly proposed to develop strong county economy content. The people have the different views about how to develop country economy, but giving energetic push to agriculture structure adjustment is an essential measure. This is an inevitable choice that is suited to China conditions.Since the Reforming, China has experienced three large structure adjustments. At Present, the fourth one is being carried on. Background, target and feature of every adjustment are different from each other, but they all belong to adaptive one. The forth one, little the same as the past ones, which is a strategic adjustment under new background—"resource and market double restrains", has such trait as long-term, collectivity and profundity. It has an important role in resolving problems of San Nong, national economy's durable development and country economy development and so on.This thesis takes Dezhou city for example, from the angle of theory going hand in hand with practice to think, analyze and judge the issue of country's agriculture structure's adjustment and put forward some suggestions. The paper is divided into four parts. Chapter one covers with the basic problems about the conception features of agriculture structure's adjustment. Chapter two analyses the present situations of Dezhou city's agriculture structure's adjustment demonstration ally. Chapter three considers the problems existing in the Dezhou city's agriculture structure's adjustment theoretically. The last chapter puts forward some methods and stratagems toward the problems mentioned above.This paper uses enormous statistical data and real material, applies econometric methods such as regression, equation and contrast etc, to make a deep analysis toward the various problems existing in the Dezhou city' s agriculture structure's adjustment. At the same time, it applies structural theory, regional economic theory and industrial organization prevailing in the structure's adjustment. It points out that the primary stratagems to solve the problems of country's agriculture adjustment is regional distribution, aggregation development, industrialization managing, stimulating the private capital depending on the reform from down to up and developing the private economy. It is the wring features and center of the paper as well as the innovation of it.
