Furthermore, talent competition will focus on the competition of the performance of talent management system and mechanism. For a long time private enterprises have been facing a lot of problems in the human resources strategy, which made them in the passive position in the competition, and they need talent strategic research urgently.The main objective of the research is to direct and assist private enterprises to improve their talent strategic management, both theoretically and practically, so that they can keep a sustained and healthy development. This paper gives a definition to the related concepts on the basis of domestic and foreign talent strategy, and analyzes many existing problems in private enterprises about implementation of the human resources strategy and reasons with the methods of quality and quantity, and proposes the solutions.According to above research, this paper draws the following conclusion:In order to make private economy larger and stronger, on the one hand, private enterprises should renew the idea of talent and make and implement their practical strategy; On the other hand, they should carefully analyze the internal condition and exterior environment of developing and implementing the human resources strategy, clear the functions of the core and general staff, and give the talents the freedom to choose the corresponding position, tasks and salaries, so they can effectively attract, stabilize, develop and use talents. Furthermore, private enterprises can make good use of external personnel by outsourcing and leasing method, create compatible environment for person drive, tap the potential of all staff and eventually make private enterprises develop healthily. |
