In the trend of the economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing the unprecedented competition pressure. How to improve competence of Chinese enterprises to make enterprises survive and develop effectively, become the great subject that all enterprises must face gradually. Facing intense competition and challenge, the meaning of corporate culture construction forming corporate internal cohesion and external competence is more and more stressed.Though studying the important meaning that corporate culture constructions promote corporate core competence on the background of knowledge economy, this thesis put forward how to create and reform a corporate culture by the theory of core competence. We will create corporate culture based on core competence, and promote core competence with culture power.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. The second part discusses that corporate culture construction is important to develop corporate core competence. Firstly this part refers to the consisting structure and factors of core competence, and presents the diagnosing and evaluating systems corporate culture on the basis of core competence. Secondly the part illustrates corporate culture constriction push the development of core competence, advancing corporate culture is the foundation of core competence and the advantage of lasting competition of an enterprise, and yet promoting core competence is the starting point and the home to return, and the aim of culture innovating and reforming. The third part analyses the present situation of the corporate culture construction of our country. Linking the present situation how corporate culture construction develop core competence in our country, this part analyses the existing problems and the reasons in the process of corporate culture construction based on the front theory analysis. The fourth part is the suggestions. Based on the front theory and practice analysis, this part explain further the important meaning of creating a core competence-based culture and put forward the responsible policy, referring to the plans how our enterprises create corporate culture based on core competence facing knowledge economy for the use of our development.
