A Study On Assessment Method Of The Resource-economized Society

Under the pressure of the shortage of resources, in order to guarantee the development of the economy and the society,China proposes constructing the resource-economized society.This is our country's long-term strategy and urgent task.Constructing the resource-economized society is the important substance of the implementation of scientific development view and the construction of the hurmonious society in a new circumstances.It is also the guarantee of the construction of the society with the comparatively good living standard.At the same time,it need a scientific assessment system to quantitatively assess and analyze the status quo and the level of resource-economized of a area.By the index system ,the policy makers and the management officals can forecast and master the state of the further development,regulate the policy or the structure of the system focally.So it is meaningful to construct the resource-economized index for the construction of the resource-economized society.This is why the author take the research on the assassment method of the resource-economized society as the theme of the thesis.The main contents include the following aspects. The first chapter refers to the background and the intention of the resource-economized society,the necessity of constructing the resource-economized society and some other countries' practice in resource-economized;The second chapter analyses the theory basis and the principle of setting up the index system of the resource-economized society,and sets up the index system by drawing lessons from the related researches at home;The third chapter introduces two synthetic methods for assessing the state of resource-economized,they are entropy method and factor analysis method.The fourth chapter provides empirical analysis of Fujian province's resource-economized during 2000 and 2005;The fifth chapter puts forward some advices on the construction of resource-economized society according to the status quo of Fujian provice at present.
