Fuzzy mathematics is a kind of math for studying and solving fuzzy phenomenon. It was first put forward by L.A. Zadeh in California University in 1965. It studied fuzziness phenomenon in exact math methods, and it is the extension of the exact math. It makes math studying improved from distinct phenomenon to fuzziness phenomenon, and it makes the development of math improving to a new stage. It spreads the usage and improves the strength of fuzzy mathematics.There is a lot of fuzzy phenomenon in agricultural study. Fuzzy mathematics is widely used in agriculture. For example, the choice and plant in crops, the classification of soil source, the evaluation in agricultural machinery, the analysis of the condition of agricultural climate, the protect of agricultural environment, the survey of agricultural disaster, etc., all of the above need to be solved by Fuzzy mathematics. This article researches deeply the applications of Fuzzy mathematics in rural economics partition in the Jilin province by utilizing the Clustering Analysis. The Fuzzy cluster analysis is to classify several elements on some gather in different valves according to the fuzzy equivalence relation. In this article, the optimal number of groups and the optimal clusters can be obtained.
