The Role Of State-owned Economy In The Industrial Organization Policy Of The Competition Nature Area

For the strategically competitive nature area, develop the big scale enterprise group, it stands the critical point in the strategically reformation of the state-owned economy. For the generally competitive nature area, state-owned economy confesses the scale, but not retreat absolutely from the generally competitive nature area, it should master the economical artery of the state economy. On the legal platform, the paper talks about the function and limitations of the anti-monopoly law which is enacted recently, gives some legal suggestions based on the current condition. The paper also analyses the necessity for proposing rule of law of the state-owned enterprise. How to construct law crisis prevention mechanism is mentioned too.
