As one of the four largest listed insurance companies, the China Pacific Insurance Company is to strive in the new environment to maintain a good corporate brand image, in order to gain market share steadily growth. As an important part of the whole Pacific Life Insurance, there is no doubt that the Bank Insurance plays a decisive role in the operation of insurance company development. With the continuous development of enterprises, the increasing volume of business, coupled with the company demands high work on the staff, the company currently implementing salary system has not adapted to the new requirements of the development. Take Pacific Life Insurance Limited Company Sichuan Branch banc assurance business line office staff as an example, the current salary system has caused internal staffs frequent flow problems. Although the company is aware of it, relevant solutions have not been published because of various reasons.This article will focus on this problem, from the company current salary system to set out, through literature research and case analysis methods to find out the problems existing in system.
