| Based on the analysis of the actual situation of power multiply management in China, this paper constructed a set of index system to evaluate the developing level of power enterprise multiply management project from five aspects, which are the development scale, economic efficiency, social efficiency, staff satisfaction and the ability of learning and growth. Then it proposed a evaluation method based on data envelopment analysis and principal components analysis. And then with a variety of power enterprises, empirical analysis was carried out to illustrate the index system and the evaluation model, which validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the index system and evaluation model, which provides reference for evaluation of the development level of power enterprise multiply management. |
