Study On Engineering Projects Management Effect Overall Evaluation

Project management is the project manager of the theories and methods of using the system, as well as resources for project planning, organization, coordination and control, to achieve the project’s specific objectives. Affect project management effectiveness of many factors, project managers should possess the concept of the system, to grasp the whole process of project management effectiveness, and thus be adjusted to the management system in a timely manner to ensure that project management can achieve the best results. This paper discusses the overall project management of the basic principles and basic theory, based on project management in the single objective assessment method to conduct a comprehensive research, mainly on project organizational cohesion fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the project members capability assessment evaluation of the project performance evaluation organization members, the project construction organization design evaluation, project management and evaluation of the security situation in the project based on the progress of this dynamic security assessment evaluation methods were analyzed. Project management for comprehensive evaluation of the effect has been studied mainly analyzed the effect of several comprehensive evaluations of project management methods; there are fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, expert evaluation method, the weighted scoring method and entropy evaluation method. For project management dynamic effect comprehensive evaluation has been studied, the main analysis of the dynamic effect evaluation of the basic principles and methods of evaluation index system and weight determination, project management effectiveness dynamic evaluation, project management effectiveness fuzzy dynamic evaluation; and the use of dynamic weighting and dynamic fuzzy evaluation method, project management and the dynamic effect evaluation. In three rural roads project for the object, respectively, using fuzzy evaluation method, expert evaluation, entropy evaluation method to evaluate the effects of its management; were applied dynamic weighting method and the dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for a highway project management effectiveness evaluations conducted.
