Research On Risk Management Of Thermal Power Project

This paper, drawing on the material of risk research at home and abroad, studied the Bengbu Power Plant investment risk management throughout the process. First, it expounded on the definition and characteristics of thermal power project investment risks, discussed the significance, objectives and focus of investment risk management. Secondly, it summarized risk management as follows: risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, risk control. Thirdly, from the perspective of the owners, it studied the Bengbu Power Plant investment risk management content and key technologies. Finally, this paper looked to the future research.
