Research On Cost Control Of The Fuel Electric Plant Construction

With the national economy developed healthy and continued in recent years, the electricity market continues to heat up, and the thermal power project construction has achieved a rapid development. With the rising prices of raw materials and infrastructure costs increase rapidly, thermal power construction costs increase year by year. Based on the analysis of the current thermal power construction cost management, the paper analysis the reason why the construction cost of thermal power rising rapidly and found besides contents of construction ,building cost of projects keep a tight tie with the management of enterprises. Based on the problem and the influence factors of the cost control, the paper suggested the strategy to control the cost. The paper makes a point that control the construction cost is not only the own request of the plant but also the ultimate sanction to achieve the comprehensive benefits maximization of the society.
