Firstly, this paper describes the current situation of enterprise training management about A port. According to the survey of A port training work, analysis of the shortcomings of its existence, finally finds out ideas and strategies to solve these problems. According to the actual situation of A port, and read a lot of related references at home and abroad, this paper chose the kirkpatrick four level training effect evaluation model as the theoretical basis, and chose the evaluation process, evaluation index, safeguard mechanism as the theme of the evaluation, made A port staff training effect evaluation of the overall design train of thought.
