Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Property Management Employee

After 20 years' development China's property management has witnessed great changes since 1981. With fast development and severe market competition the human resource problems especially the incentive problem has been concerned more and more for many property management companies. Surveys show that the salaries of the managerial stuff of property management still lay at lower level of the society although the companies have made great progress. The incentive method is very single .The activity and initiatives are not stimulated. As a result, the quality promotion of property management is influenced.After asking the question in the introduction, this paper first summarizes the features of the property management employee and the connotation of incentive theory ,then detailed analyses the root reason of the problem and the incentive situation of the property management, and analysis the necessary of incentive the property management stuff effectively, finally put forward the whole idea and implementation steps for establishing effective incentive mechanism of property management stuff, and makes application of the effective incentives model of the property management employee to the MZ property management company, and evaluates the results.This paper emphasizes on the psychology pressure while analyzing the stimulation demand so as to provide different stimulation solutions to different types of people.
