Research On Integrative Evaluation Model Of Large-scale Retail Enterprises Technology Innovation Capability In Guangdong Province

With Chinese retail market opened fully in 2004,transnational retail enterprises have mended their pace for entering Chinese retail market.The change of exterior market environment and the drive of advanced technology make the competition on retail market changing drastically.Retailers in Guangdong province not only face competitors from same district,industry and home,but also from transnational retailers who possess advanced management,strong technology innovation capability and rich capital.How retailer enterprises in Guangdong province exist and develop in this strong competition market,which impel them to improve technology innovation capability to establish their competitive advantage.Therefore,how impersonal,scientific,effectively and quantificational evaluate technology innovation capability of retailer and in retail industry are great significance to help retailer work strategy with pertinence and improve its core competition.This paper starts from status of Guangdong's large-scale retail enterprises, researches the problem of evaluation technology innovation capability of large-scale retail enterprises in Guangdong province.Technology innovation capability index system is present and case study also is given by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.First,after introduction of relative research background,this paper reviews literatures including theory of technology innovation,retailer technology innovation and technology innovation capability evaluation and so on to start the research by reference literature;second,through surveying and inquiry,this article analyses status of Guangdong large-scale retailers and their problems,which help designing index system more tangible;third,on the basis of literatures review and status analysis and combining factors which influence technology innovation capability, index system of integrative evaluation of retailer's technology innovation capability is established;and then,by surveying experts and managers of retail,fuzzy integrative evaluation and layer analysis are used to determine weigh of indicators, evaluation model which is present by this article also is used to evaluate technology innovation capability of one retailer of Guangdong;at last,on the basis of case analysis and the status of Guangdong's retailers,suggestions for improving technology innovation capability of Guangdong large-scale retailer enterprises are present.
